Dear Ugandans This year 2014, We shall be marking 10 years of life without the presence, guidance, wisdom and inspiration of former Attorney General. I pray we dedicate a special day in honor of his wonderful work to the nation. For Koboko in particular, I know it will take us a long time to get a perfect replacement for Ayume. Having events of reflection to his public life will create motivation to the young generation to work to the standards set by him. May his soul rest in peace
